First meeting: Pricing assessment and showing strategy for price and viewing maximization

Shortly after: After listing is signed I help you stage your property to make it look sellable.

Within week 1: Showings begin. Agents open house on Friday and public Sunday if possible. Digital pictures taken. Feature sheets prepared.

Week 2-10: Depending on area: Offers comes in. I expect the property to be sold at a price desirable to you by the end of the week. If not we can reassess pricing.

Area dependent: Condominium is sold. Other wise I will begin newspaper advertisements and relook at pricing.
