	Commission on sales: 4.85%: for most sales 4.5% if you're purchasing from me as well (in contract) or if you purchased the property from me 4.5% if I list two properties for you at one time (a couple or investor than owns 2 etc.) Rental commission: One month's rent Optional Property management fee is 5% per annum Thank you for the business
